We want you to love every item you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
### 30-Day Easy Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a refund or exchange.
### Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- It must be in the original packaging (when applicable)
- You must initiate the return within 30 days of delivery
### Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale or clearance items
- Personalized or custom items
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage not caused by shipping
### How to Start a Return
1. Email us at support@littlematchingshop.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will reply with return instructions. If a mail-in return is required, returns will need to be sent to the following address:

3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
### Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and approve the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
### Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will make it right at no extra cost to you.
